Day Of Coordination
o Preparation of personalized wedding day itinerary (timeline)
o Confirm vendor time commitment & contract fulfillments provide vendors with the wedding day itinerary
o Collection of items to be brought & set up on wedding day such as: candles, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc
o Coordinating the ceremony and reception
o Distributing final payments/gratuities to all vendors in sealed envelopes
o Attend & coordinate wedding rehearsal
o Over-seeing proper setup of ceremony & reception locations, and all vendors’ responsibilities to ensure all details are
